De Rossi ka thënë se nuk ka kushte në kontratën e tij, por do të luaj deri në vdekje për tu konfirmuar edhe pas qershorit pasi kontrata do t’i përfundojë.

“Presidentët ishin të qartë për kohëzgjatjen e kontratës dhe qëndrimin tim. Unë thashë në rregull dhe kërkova një bonus. Unë nuk kam firmosur bosh, por kam firmosur me shumën që i kanë thënë, por nuk do ta bëj gjithmonë këtë”.

“Ishte një mundësi e madhe. Nuk ka kushte për rinovim dhe i thashë se është mirë me mua dhe dua të luaj letrat e mia. I kërkova vetëm të më trajtonte si trajner dhe jo si flamur. Nuk do të shkoj nëpër fushë me Romolon”.
